Trainer and consultant in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion at Dora Küntzel|Punt Kick|Shaping DEI Competence, president of Diversja Association. Organizer of the Living Library Wroclaw, coordinator of the Living Library Poland network. Graduate of Cultural Studies and Italian Studies at the University of Wroclaw, and since 2017 a lecturer of Intercultural Communication at the same University. Winner of the 30 Creative Wroclaw | 2021 edition.
She has several years of training experience in the field of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, human rights education and intercultural education. She has conducted trainings and workshops in this area for companies: Google, The Walt Disney Company, Transcom, Santander Bank Poland, MERCK, Credit Agricole Bank Poland, Intive, Tooploox, Knowable, BOSCH, Wigeters, Papaya Films, Prowly. She supports organizations and institutions in developing and implementing DEI strategies, initiatives and inclusive leadership programs based on authenticity and empathy.
Organising Living Libraries and creating a safe, inclusive communication space, she facilitates important and difficult conversations giving voice to the underrepresented. In 2022, she held a job shadowing Vice President for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion at The University of Tulsa USA, participating in the implementation process of a comprehensive DEI program. From 2018 to 2022, she organized Living Libraries for employees of the International Monetary Fund, Google, 3M, Credit Agricole Bank Poland, BNY Mellon, Nokia, Mondelez, Daimler, EY and DANONE.
For two years, as Head of Training and Quality Development at the Human Library Organization, she was involved in adapting the Living Library to diverse cultural contexts in South Africa, Tunisia, Belgium Italy among others.
